Happy Birthday, Morgan!!
I can't believe she is 6! She is such a cute little girl and says some of the funniest things that we can't help but laugh. She is very protective of her brother Max. She LOVES horses! Morgan, I love you so much! You are growing up so much! I hope you have a happy birthday. I have a card in the mail for you. This year I decided since last year I did big gifts for the kids, this year I would just give them money (the same amount I would use on a gift). You can spend the money anyway you want, it's your birthday! I love you! Happy Birthday sweet girl! Aunt Nicky loves you SOOOO much!

Make a Wish
Kayden was born with Hypoplastic Kidney Disease. His kidneys stopped growing in utero. Right after he turned 2, he was given the best gift someone could ever give him. A second chance of life! A family who had just lost their loved one decided to donate the organs. Kayden was able to receive one of those organs and it was the kidney. On Nov.14 2006 he underwent a kidney transplant.
This past December, Tammy was able to contact the Utah Chapter of Make a Wish and they were able to get things started for Kayden to make his wish. On Jan 8, Kayden has his official WISH DAY! He wished to go to Disneyworld and to meet Buzz Lightyear.
They were able to go April 26-May 2. This past Friday, Make a Wish had a party for Kayden to raise his star to the ceiling because his wish was granted. It was a neat experience to go and be a part of.
West Jordan High did a fundraiser this year and the money went to Make a Wish. They raised over $15,000!!! The average wish is $5,000. This is a few of the kids from the student council. They are AMAZING!
Kayden's cake.. Notice it is TOY STORY
West Jordan High council and Kayden's wish granters
My favorite picture! It was so touching. While he was raising his star, it was SILENT! They were playing "When you wish upon a star" had to hold back the tears. He has gone thru so much!!
HIS STAR!
In the WISH ROOM! This room was MAGICAL!

This experience was amazing. I am so proud to be Kaydens aunt. He is such an amazing little boy. He is one of my heroes! I love you Kayden. Thank you for inviting me to your party!

Happy Mothers Day
I am not a big fan of this day. I love my mom and sisters, it's just hard when it is dedicated to all mothers and I am not a mother. I want children SOO bad!
I have an amazing mom who is there for me whenever I need her. And I have 3 amazing sisters who I don't know what I would do without them. They have brought 6 of the most precious gifts into my life, each one a little different. I was getting a little stressed because the stuff for the gifts I was making hadn't come until Friday. So I stayed up until 11 pm to make them. I know, 11 pm on a Friday night.. WOW. But the next day I had to get up early for the Race for the Cure Breast Cancer walk.
I made this craft for my mom and dad. It is for their birthday/mothers day/fathers day (I will still get them something for fathers day) I also made one for my Aunt Linda. I know how it feels not having kids of your own, so I thought of her and made her a Mothers Day gift.
This was my Mothers Day gift for my 3 sisters. I wanted it to be JUST PERFECT! Since the stuff didn't come until Friday, Chantel's will be late getting to her (sorry Chantel)
While I was doing the Race for the Cure walk, I couldn't help but think of the ladies in my own family. Breast cancer runs in the family. When my Grandma Nell died, her cancer had metastasized and they don't know the original origin. But over the past few years, 2 of my moms cousins have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Walking for this GREAT cause with almost 17,000 people just had chills down my spine. According to the Susan G Komen website, $215,918.23 Raised. And that wass just raised in Utah. This is a nationwide event. On a side note, that's why I enjoy working where I work. I work at Myriad Laboratory where they do genetic testing for Breast Cancer. I know, that I gave Grandma Nell a great gift for Mothers Day, walking in the walk. All the money raised goes to help find a cure for breast cancer.
Happy Mothers Day to my family! I love you all!

Happy Birthday, MOM
Yes, it is ANOTHER birthday! This time it is moms. That's why I had to let Dad get all the glory of a birthday for a full day before Mom got the glory of a full day of a birthday!
Mom is always there for me. I know sometimes when I call, I will be on a "can I talk to dad" kick. And mom will say yes. I hope she doesn't take any offense. But she knows that then there are those times that I will be on the "can I talk to mom" kick.
I love you mom so much. I know I don't tell you enough. I know this past year has been hard for you. I know it made you so happy having all your kids together at Thanksgiving AND Christmas. That was probably the best Christmas present anyone could have given you. I know it wasn't under the best circumstances, but I know you were so proud to have all your kids together since it has been forever since that has happened.
You are so proud of all your grandkids. Each one holds a special place in your heart. You are so talented and I really am proud of that, I make sure to tell everyone at my work how talented you are! (the lady at my work is so grateful for you of sharing your cross-stitching secrets)
You and Dad are the best parents anyone could ever ask for! You guys show so much love and support. I know my friends tell me all the time that I am so spoiled by my parents, what is a girl supposed to do when her parents love her so much.. RIGHT? :)
Hope you have a great birthday. I love you!

Happy Birthday, DAD
Yes, it's time for another birthday! I am posting this now so it can be up for a full day for his birthday before we have ANOTHER birthday!
I just want to tell my Dad happy birthday. I love you dad. You are wonderful. You are a great support to me and the rest of the family. Growing up, you always did whatever needed to be done to make sure we got what we needed/wanted. You worked so hard and you still do. You work 2 jobs now and I never hear you complain. Dad, you always give us good advice and you are always there for us when we need you. You have been there for all of us, we have lost count how many times you have helped us move.
All the grandkids love to be with Grandpa or PAPA (as Max calls you).
You are a kid at heart when you are with them. You teach them all to fish. You take time to read them a story or play with them in the swimming pool. The 6 grandkids love their grandpa, and the 7 kids you have love their dad.
Dad, you always give us good advice and you are always there for us when we need you. You have been there for all of us, we have lost count how many times you have helped us move. You are a great dad and I love you so much! I'm so glad you're my dad. I feel I'm the luckiest girl to have you as my dad.
Happy Birthday Dad
I love you so much
